Hello Sergey, Are-you logged in properly in Console? Where do you run the Console, on which OS: Linux, Windows, Mac? Are you situated behind a company proxy or other similar setup? Did your cloud shell ever work? Is this the first time you tried launching Cloud Shell? What browser are you using? Does the issue disappear if you connect to the Internet differently, from a different network, if you run a different browser on a different OS?
