If you mean the infrastructure allocated to app engine deployments, it is
able to scale up indeed. Your issues were caused by a temporary occurrence
that has been fixed meanwhile.

I have been getting this error since recently in my application. However if
I refresh this issues goes off and everything is fine then. Does this mean

There are temporary issues right now with deployments failing to flex. Work
