after your reply, I realized, I used a different id to register my project
on appspot and i tried to access this app from my other id.
am able to access my project and its dashboard, with no issues.

You're probably not logged in with the same account you created the project
with.
The accounts for the project certainly do not match the account you used to
post this message to the forum.
