I'll second the Aptana Studio 3 recommendation. I just recently
discovered it myself. It's basically a custom build of Eclipse with
PyDev built in, plus HTML and JavaScript editors. First few days
running it have been good.

Follow the steps bellow:
# sudo add-apt-repository ppa:daniloqueiroz/dev
# sudo apt-get update
# sudo apt-get install eclip
