I'm afraid we don't have any firm dates, currently. Bear in mind that
as long as the Task Queue service is in labs, it's subject to changes,
and intended as a developer preview.

The task queue quota is set deliberately low during initial testing of the
Task Queue API. We intend to revise the limits once the service is more
mature.
