Could you bring some clarification as to where you would like the account switch to occur? If it is in a project's console, you can click on the top right corner of the console to switch accounts.
Also, could you specify which elements of a session while logged in you would like carried over after changing accounts? Could you also specify how App Engine is related to this account switch?
