App deletion is not available to anyone at the moment, whether you accept the new terms or not. You will not be billed for anything if you didn't explicitly sign up for billing. In order to be billed you would have to: a) accept the new terms b) go into billing settings c) enable billing d) set

I can't, no, I don't work for google. If you are insistent that your apps should be deleted because you don't want to accept the new terms, then I would suggest emailing google directly. I'm sure there's a contact form somewhere in the docs. In the meantime, if you want to simply disable your
