No. Wordpress requires PHP, which is not currently supported on App Engine. If you want to use blog software on App Engine, you can checkout a few python alternatives over here: http://groups.google.com/group/google-appengine/web/google-app-engine-open-source-projects None of them will be as full-featured or mature as Wordpress.
