Glad you got it figured out! Yup, that's a typo in the docs --- that
should read 'enabled_rewriters' and 'disabled_rewriters', respectively.

ok. I solved my problem, it's not related to pagespeed service ( the
default setting don't cause problem). Sorry about that but the docs
question remain.
