I've written a small script, which calculates estimated charges under
the new pricing for the current day's quota usage (instead of having
to wait several days for billing history to catch up.)

Unfortunately, it doesn't include instance hours (though it does
include everything else.) I've not been able to verify the accuracy of
the script - hopefully more informed people will be able to. Until
then, take the information with a pinch of salt.

To install it, navigate to the following url (it will install
automatically to Google Chrome, or for Firefox you will need to
install GreaseMonkey first):

http://mentatarchive.appspot.com/appenginecost.user.js

Then navigate to your "Quota Details" page, and the calculated values
will be added at the top (the calculations are carried out locally in
your browser, so no security risk.)

Let me know if you find it useful or if you spot any errors/bugs. Feel
free to modify/redistribute etc.
