The idea is simple: restrict voting, commenting, etc. to people who have demonstrated objectively-measured intelligence by solving a puzzle. This (hopefully) increases intelligent discussion and limits LOLcat submissions. I've written some sweet puzzles, including the Google-Labs-Resistor- Lattice problem, some numerical integration, programming simulations, some electrical problems, and many more! I'm working on an SDK to enable people to submit their own puzzles for inclusion on the site. Let me know what you think!
