I am trying to use OCR features of Vision API from Python Standard
Environment. I installed using pip into the lib directory.
It does not work and fails with this error message. I see few discussions
related to this in the github->issues. I am wondering what would be the
recommended way to do this today.
Here is the error message I receive:
