what kind of monitoring do you use to 1. monitor if an instance restarts. 2. if GAE runs on multiple instances. (A code snipplet would be really cool). I am using GUICE, and I am currently monitoring when the GUICE injector is created - according to my monitoring it is created almost every 2 minutes under load(!) resulting in ultra long loading times and super high CPU consumption. But I want to cross check this - maybe my monitoring is just stupid.
