Hey Google Team,
we are currently load-testing our billing-enabled application. We ran
into the CPU quota and our app got deactivated (for now about 30
Minutes Error 503: "This Google App Engine application is temporarily
over its serving quota. Please try again later.").
So far that's okay. But
