Hi,

If you take what 
http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/adminconsole/instances.html#Always_On
says, 2 possibilities:
 - 1 of your "always on" instances has died acccidentally
 - your application has a sudden peak of traffic

Does one apply to you ?
