Which operating system are you running? Do you happen to know which version
of Java you're using? The last message in
http://www.poweredbypulse.com/forums/showthread.php?t=295 points to it being
an issue with the choice of JRE/JDK. Could you try another?

I saw the same error when installing the Android plugin and was able
to fix it by installing Sun's SDK instead of openjdk.
