As far as I know, the top 180 were emailed about receiving a t-shirt.

Google are sending me the Cape Town t-shirts to distribute, and they
haven't been sent yet. My guess is they're giving people time to
respond to the email giving a collection point so they have all the
numbers to send in one go.
