Normally in these cases we recommend just running svn rm on the
existing contents and working from there, rather than performing a
complete reset. We tend to only provide resets in cases where they're
absolutely necessary.

Oddly, I tried it from another network and it worked fine.
It consistently fails from one of my machines and works quickly from
another (separate networks).
So I'm guessing causes could be:
1) local svn versions
2) network issues depending on my path to/from the google-code svn
servers
