Looks like if a file is too long we won't show the online editor, presumably because it's too stressful on the browser. This file doesn't look to be longer than the limit though, so I'm not exactly sure what's happening. This may be a bug, I'll look into it further. In the meantime, you can

project diosmios: redirecting downloads tab for commercial profit

The Downloads tab for the diosmios project (http://code.google.com/p/diosmios/wiki/Downloads?tm=2) has been modified using a wiki gadget to use content from http://no-ip.crediar.com/down.xml. The end purpose of this seems to be to make the download links look like any other google code project
