This may sound like a terrible idea at first glance, but I can see several applications for integration of Google Code and Google Docs. Some projects have todo lists, idea lists, readmes, descriptions, and other similar files in their repositories. Getting multiple people together to work on those files is often more productive than having everybody work on them separately and merging afterwards. The integration could allow you to click a button next to a file in the Google Code repository browser, checking it out into Google Docs with the permissions automatically set to include project commiters and owners. There would be a button in Google Docs to commit the file's changes and push them back to the repository. In normal Google Doc files (ones not checked out from Google Code), the commit/push button would bring up a small window with a list of repositories (perhaps grouped by project) you can push to with their directories in a tree format beneath them. You could then select a folder under a repository, commit, and push it over to the repository. The file would be linked to that repository until you remove the link (probably with an option in the context menu strip). I see this feature mostly being useful for the small aforementioned info files, but perhaps Google Script's IDE will one day evolve into a simple multi-language code editor. Then the checkout to Google Doc options could be more fit for code files. While I don't like the idea of multiple people working on one code file, I'm sure some people would find such a feature useful in certain circumstances.
