I know this is an oldish post, but I am seeing a similar problem w/ my google code svn.
If you browse here, https://code.google.com/p/glos/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk, you will NOT see a file called xsl2html.php. But that file exists when you do an svn co, and you can even see it via https://code.google.com/p/glos/source/browse/trunk/xsl2html.php. Weird.
