Google Code hosting malware complaints?

There's an utterly crap Google Code project that is defacto Mac malware - can't be uninstalled, screws up your computer, tons of unresolved Issues on the code home page, tons of people on the net who can't uninstall it. But there's no obvious place to complain to Google. Why not? Why isn't there
