In the Adminster-Source screen, right next to the drop-down for
Version Control system is a link which says Learn more. This link
reveals pointers to FAQs and an svn-to-hg conversion guide in
particular, explaining how to migrate your data.

As you can see from http://code.google.com/p/supay/source/list, you
haven't pushed any source code to your Mercurial repository. (You can
clone https://supay.googlecode.com/hg, but you'll be cloning an empty
repository.) There isn't any automatic import from your Subversion
repository to
