You was right, tried it in Chrome browser and the key was generated without
problem.

I'm trying to generate Api key for "technickepamatky.cz" domain. I'm using
IE9 and i'm already logged into my Google account.
When i try to generate key for this domain, google always redirects me to
google account login page. But when i try to generate key for another domain
(f.e. "test12345.co
I just bought a domain name, that was previously owned by someone else and
was abandoned. My problem is, that i cannot generate API Map Key for this
