The only way I know is to pass kml or geoRSS to maps.google.com.
Other than that, the maps.google.com parameters can only be used to
specify the location of one marker.

Well pretty obviously its easier to cut and paste a lat/lon even than
to point an automatic 'something' to rummage in your email.
What is it you really want to do, parse lat/longs out of ordinary
text? Have something read emails that you send to yourself?
