At least one thing and possibly two:
(a) You haven't given a link to the problem page. If it's
http://www2.staff.fh-vorarlberg.ac.at/~hosa/ then (b) applies.
(b) You're not calling the KML anywhere.

I have got the same KML caching problem like many others before me.
The solution was to add "?dummy="+(new Date()).getTime(); to the KML
file.
My URL now looks like this, but it is not possible to load it.
