well that has created a weird issue
new_marker.bindInfoWindow(create_textbox_infoWin(),{noCloseOnClick :
'true',buttons:{close:{show:0}}});
this is how i remove the close button and it works ok.
but then for some really weird reason the markers that show up as
results from a LocalSearch control t
