[Google Maps API v3] Polylines have stopped working

The polylines features has stopped working on my site. I've also noticed that the feature has failed in the examples in the API documentation ( http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/overlays.html#Polylines - e.g. http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/exam
