[Google Maps API v3] how do i save the google markers result in a MySQl database?

Hi, I have a html file as shown below. I'm wondering if i can save the markers after a result is found. For example, i type "pizza". There may be 4 marks shown on the map. How do i save the markers in MySQL database? Is there a tutorial on this? I have been searching online for hrs but in vain.
