Hi, I am trying to develop a interest group yellow page. As an example the group is VW drivers. There are 2000 VW dealers, 5000 parts seller, 10000 mechanics etc. The user will be able to see only the dealers or parts seller or mechanics at a time. I do not want to plot a 2000 dealers at a time when the user only interested in local ones. Do I need to find the local point of interest by searching the list of google map handles that. Can some one give me some guidance how can I develop this app for iOS and Android. I am new to this field and has limited knowledge on google map. By the way I do know how to plot/mark point of interest in google map. My main question is regarding the local search from my list of that 17000 locations, not google give list. Thanks.
