[PWA API] Album share URL results in internal server error

Opening a Picasa web album's share URL in Chrome on Android yields an internal server error. Any other browser (mobile or desktop) works fine, which suggests a server-side error for this particular user agent. Here's a sample album share URL: https://picasaweb.google.com/111430753268239266703/T
