[visualization-api] The format copier function for cells is not visible.

Please make the "Format copy" option available in google spreadsheet. Secondly the option customize toolbar or add functions could also be provided so that features that are more often used by a user can be added by the user on his personalised google spreadsheet. Thanking you. Regar
