Hello group, is there a lightweight client, that offers very basic instant messenger-like features without the need to have a website open all day?
I want to use Wave, but nobody uses it at moment because the client is so heavy and nobody uses it ;) You know where this is going. It would be much easier to convince my friends to run a small app in the background than to have the website open all day. So my question is: Is there such a client? Will be such a client? Is such a client possible?
