setting the number of tree nodes to display in celltree

Hi all, Is there a way to set the number of tree nodes to display in celltree? setDefaultNodeSize() works only for the child nodes. There should be a way to set the default number of nodes to be displayed for the tree nodes that are already open. Does anybody know a way to do that? Thanks --
