You need to answer a whole bunch of questions:
1. You say you have a huge project in hand. I assume since you
mention it's J2EE in the title that it is Java based. What is your
client "technology"? Struts? Heavy Swing App? JSF? Something
else? Are you using any AJAX?

I have read many articles and books to start with GWT. But each of
them say to start with a new GWT project. (with or without Eclipse)
But i have a huge project in hand and i have to convert it to start
using GWT.
I would like to make it use GWT in the new features to be developed
