File | Import ... Existing projects .. browse to the folder with the
.project file in it.

I’m trying to port my projects to a new folder location (I set up a
local web server, and trying to put them in it’s folder).
I created a new workspace, with the new location and copied my project
folders to it.
The projects did not show up on the work space, but I can create new
projects ok
