Height+Weight survey -- instructions for sending the result?

Hi, Can anyone indicate the method for sending the resulting R Data Builder file for the Height and Weight survey? My understanding is that it goes to San Antonio. I did not see detailed instructions on sending the result. The result file is somewhat large -- a 4GB file (SQLITE ".db" file).
