Also updating Grafana to some newer version could help, found some older
reports while searching for the error message.

This happens if a the mmhealth system of a node can not forward an event to
the GUI - typically on some other node.
Resons could be:
- Gui is not running
- Firewall on used port 80 for older versions of spectrum scale or 443 for
newer
