Thank's for the package, but I've solved the issue. I have no idea
how, but database.sqlite ownership was set to root. All that I had to
do was change the ownership.

Which distribution are you running? For Debian and Ubuntu, you can get a
fresh 0.12.0 package here:

Well, I think the problem is identified. database.sqlite belongs to
root, although I didn't change the ownership of the file.
