I would suggest to rename given attributes of Flag/Option structure:
label -> description
description -> tooltip (or something similar)
Current naming is quite misleading and a little bit confusing.
In GRASS 7 'description' should be required, 'tooltip' optional.

this week has been full of improvements:
- CLI with optional arguments is up and running
- interface creation is no more delayed by vector map filtering
- dependencies are checked all at the beginning - no risk of mid-process
crashes if something is missing
