BTW, is it possible to install separate module? Rule for 'install'
seems to be missing.
make MODULE_TOPDIR=path INST_DIR=path install
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.

Just trying to build vector map 'bridges' from nc_sp
Before I delve into the code to try to find this out: does someone know
what is the behaviour of r.recode at the limits, i.e. with
0:10:0:1
10:20:10:20
what is 10 recoded to ?
In other words are the min and max values exclusive or inclusive ?
