I've got nothing to add about that; just while on the subject: it would

Just an update, in case somebody else has a similar problem -
GRASS from OSGeo4W installer runs with nviz on the same VISTA computers
that had the problem below.
But we got an interesting issue with the native installer on our XP
machines in the teaching lab.

Can't reproduce. This was fields from spearfish I assume. Without
building topo I get

Hi all: just a summary and new twist with GRASS GUI error on
Kubuntu, which was solved thanks to Markus.
On my kubuntu 9.04, the rgb.txt file was in another location than the
previous solution, but "locate" found it in
/usr/share/vim/vim72/rgb.txt I put that in the /etc/X11
directory
Has anybody installed the latest install on VISSTA?
we get only the first two icons and no Tcltk runs (that means no nviz)
