Hi,
today I published first winGRASS builds compiled with python 2.7 and
wxPython 2.8.12.1 which has been recently introduced in OSGeo4W

i struggle to use a vector map with two tables attached using layer 1
and 2 together with v.what.rast.
The point is that i don't know if i generate the two layered map
correctly or if i discovered a bug.
I have attached the script so you can reproduce the workflow.
My workflow:

Hi,
2012/1/25 Hamish hamis...@yahoo.com:
Map_info-proj likely needs some work to finish taking advantage of it in
the libs modules, if this assert failsafe is to be used with vector

Hi,
db.copy from_table=soil to_table=soil_2
- makes copy of `soil` table
v.db.addtable map=soil table=soil_2 layer=2
- it would overwrite `soil_2` table, but do nothing in this case, no
feature have category defined in layer 2.
Proposal:
v.random --o -z seed=1 output=soil n=20 zmin=0

Would someone mind fixing the code to generate a more meaningful error

string is empty or consists solely of whitespace)?
