Hi, I don't know if this behavior is intended or not, I just wanted to inform: Using the GUI and selecting File - Import vector data - Common Import Formats (v.in.ogr) provides a different window compared to typing v.in.ogr into the command console... (in GRASS 6.4.3SVN). /Johannes
