I guess theirs-conflict did not overwrite or I mis-used the option offered to

Hi Rashad,
I am sorry I have not read reg i.pca module discussion.
I have been already working on interactive plot.
The aim is to create interactive scatter plot (similar to XGobi), which
would also allow to plot data in PCA transformed space.
It should be possible to highlight

Hi,
I don't understand how you will avoid re-implementation of the whole
i.pca module.
This is common problem with GUI in GRASS. We need to provide
functionality through module and through GUI. The standard way is to
call module from GUI and read output. However, this is not sufficient
when GUI
Hi Swapan,
now I see that there is not much about what is needed for the big

Hi,
2013/2/12 Vaclav Petras wenzesl...@gmail.com:
I would propose putting this functionality into the library and than
use it in both the module and the GUI but this would lead to the rapid
increase in the size of the library or the number of libraries and

I have hopefully fixed some of the errors you sent me. Could you go
through them again and make an updated list of errors? I will try to
fix as much as possible and for the rest you should create a ticket
not to forget about them.

Hi all,
in parallel to the wxGUI refactoring which hopefully will enable the
creation of the single window user interface for GRASS, we can discuss
the single window from the user point of view.

It's been a while, but I think one motivating factor is the limiting GPU RAM.
If we can't fit everything on the GPU, then it needs to be tiled. The only way
to accurately tile is to make each tile independent of its surroundings. This
can be done arbitrarily small with pre computed horizons.

Well, most raster modules are able to maintain the category label for
each pixel.
Perhaps i.pca could learn that, too?
