i have correctly rectified all the GRASS errors with all your help
now
i have installed python,sip,QT, while configure PyQT in windows terminal
it gives a window error like
cannot start qtdirs.exe because mingwm30.dll not found , can you give a
suggestion

i got error like this

but i have compiled FREETYPE and that freetype.h exists in
C:\msys\local\include\freetype\config\freetype.h

i configure gdal without grass and then compile grass then i given gdal with
grass
it gave me error like
