Hi Martin,
I just noticed a change in r.sample.category addon 2 weeks ago [1] is not
in the zip [2] for 8.1.dev although the file has the most recent timestamp.
The log [3] looks fine. Didn't check other addons.

there is now mess in URLs for downloading addon binaries for Windows. I
fixed the url for releasebranch 7 (just hardcoded) but for example grass7
beta is not able to download addons. It would be nice to have the directory
structure and version numbering synchronized so that the formatted url
