Fixed in r38942, anyway it's not guaranteed that python script from
GRAS

I just checkout and compiled g.extension for RC5 here on Mac OS X.
If I just enter g.extension at the prompt, the GUI comes up. If I run
it from the GUI or the command line I get this error:

g.extension -l svnurl=https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addon
