Marin: Originally file dialog pointed to 'root directory', but anyway I figured out that loading other files then 'epsg' fails, since slightly different file structure. I will try to fix it ASAP. It could be better to build those lists from $GISBASE/etc/ogr_csv/ files, as that is what 'g.proj
