[GRASS-user] GRASS 6.4.3 Installation Windows 7 problems

To whom it may concern, I am trying to install the GRASS 6.4.3 version on a windows 7 machine. I install the package and check that the files ( MSVCR71 and MSVCP100)are in the library. The files are in the Library folder. Even with those files GRASS is not running. Any suggestion on what I need
